The Charge Billing solution enables you to manage all hospitality services in one place, in accordance with the needs of your establishment. Everyone using the software has their own user name and password to access the application. When a patient is admitted, your member of staff only has to complete a simple admission form and a summary is automatically produced. When the patient is discharged, your member of staff simply issues the invoice, which includes all the services the patient has used during their stay.

Charge Billing includes the production of receipts, as well as bills and statistics. This flexible solution can be configured in accordance with the services allocated.

How does it work?
Everyone using the software has a user name and password to log on to the application. When a patient is admitted, every member of staff in the establishment has a menu that has been customised with their fees.
When a patient’s admission is approved, a summary is automatically produced, showing the following information: the amount deposited for the various services, the means of payment, a quick reference guide to making external calls, the Internet log-in and password and the TV bundle selected.
On discharge, a member of staff can issue the invoice, which includes all the services the patient has used during their stay.
